  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon zest for added freshness

Feel free to substitute ribeye with your favorite cut of steak. The fresher the Parmesan, the better the flavor—trust me, it makes all the difference!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. This will ensure a crisp crust while keeping the steak juicy.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
