  • 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and red bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for another 2 minutes until the pepper softens.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, cooking for 1 minute to let the flavors bloom.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Add the cooked lobster and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the lobster is heated through.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, ensuring every strand is well-coated. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
