- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant and golden, about 3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked, around 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes followed by half of the beef mixture. Pour half of the soup mixture over the top and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
