  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese (or your favorite cheese)

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally. If you’re using fresh croissants, be gentle to avoid flattening them.
  3. Mix the Dijon mustard and honey in a small bowl if using. Spread the mixture on the inside of each croissant half.
  4. Layer two slices of ham and one slice of cheese onto the bottom half of each croissant. Replace the top half.
