- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage

Feel free to substitute corn tortillas with flour tortillas if that’s what you have on hand. The same goes for the cabbage—any crunchy greens will do!
Instructions
Let’s turn these ingredients into something special:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are golden and cooked through.
- While the shrimp are cooking, prepare the slaw by combining the cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss to mix well.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until pliable.
- To assemble the tacos, place a generous spoonful of slaw onto each tortilla, followed by the air-fried shrimp. Top with slices of avocado and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
